Ôrchive is a branding project rooted in the exploration of self-identity. Ôrchive designed personalized tags that help young people preserve and remember what shapes them. The project was initially created for young Vietnamese people who are shaping their paths and sense of self. It began with a question: What are we made of?

00.2.1  LogoWhen approaching the issue of youth identity, the first identity the brand needs to convey was non-conformity, humanity and openness. I referenced the concept of the blank spaces in the notebooks to the archival aspect to create a humanistic word personalized with the Balete typeface in lowercase.

00.2.3  Ôrchive TagsClothes have tags that tell us what they’re made of: Origin. Instruction. Composition. Ôrchive believes people need it just as much. That is why we create personalized tags built around a simple fill-in-the-blank structure: [A theme] [Your Name] is made of.
Sized at 95 × 95 mm, it features a custom die-cut layout that supports multiple ways of use: carried on keychains, placed into transparent pockets on Ôrchive bags, or displayed standing when folded. Each tag is printed in either aqua or white and features bilingual text in Vietnamese and English. They include space to print a name, theme, and date. The date functions as a subtle tracking device, allowing entries to build a chronological archive without needing a digital layer.

00.2.6  Tag carriersThe carriers were designed to make the act of archiving visible and part of everyday movement. Each bag features a transparent pocket placed on the outside, specifically sized to hold an Ôrchive tag. This allows users to carry their “identity” with them in an interesting way.
The visibility of the tag in both designs reinforces the idea that identity is not fixed but in progress, always moving, always present. They turn a personal archive into something wearablevand alive.

00.2.7  Ôrchive boxThe Ôrchive box is designed to organize the full identity-tagging experience into a clear, guided structure. It features three drawers, each serving a specific role in the process:
(1) The first drawer contains the guide and introduction. (2) The second drawer holds all the tag carriers, including the transparent cover, keychains, and phone bag, which are tools designed to carry and display the tags in daily life. (3) The third drawer stores the personalized tags, organized and ready to be filled.
